Eagle Golfferðir is a golf travel website created by Makezaa with an emphasis on destination photography, Icelandic typography and expressive motion. The homepage brings the brand introduction, featured trips, tailored travel options and contact journey into one continuous browsing experience.
A visual identity built around the journey
The design combines deep golf greens with soft neutral backgrounds, bold display headings and italic accents. A full-screen golf-course hero introduces the site, while a moving headline and scroll-driven transitions connect it to the sections below. A Makezaa studio opening sequence and footer credit identify the development work.

Destination showcases and trip details
Featured destination cards present golf-course imagery, trip duration, displayed pricing and a clear next step. Visitors can open trip-information dialogs for destinations such as Turnberry and Quinta do Lago, then continue to a destination-specific enquiry. A separate tailored-travel section introduces options for groups and individual preferences.

Motion and an interactive photo gallery
GSAP and ScrollTrigger handle text reveals, image parallax and section transitions. Lenis supports smooth desktop scrolling, with native touch scrolling and reduced-motion handling in the implementation. The photo gallery adds a rotating 3D presentation, drag interaction, previous/next controls, pause/resume and enlarged-image dialogs.

A clear enquiry journey
FAQ accordions explain the travel and enquiry process. Visitors can contact the company through its phone and email links or use the enquiry builder to choose a destination and prepare a message in their own email application. Trip enquiries preselect the relevant destination to keep the context of the visitor's interest.
