Project Overview

Makezaa Studio developed The Workers Agency's WordPress website to present its recruitment services and guide two distinct audiences: employers seeking staff and people looking for work. The site organises service information, sector expertise and contact routes into a consistent business website.

Designed Around Two Audiences

The homepage gives employers and candidates separate calls to action, supported by worker imagery and a blue-and-white visual system. Dedicated navigation leads to employer information, specialisations, the agency overview and contact pages, while application links remain prominent.

  • Employer and candidate journeys: Find Staff and Apply Now entry points make the intended next step clear.
  • Sector presentation: industry cards and specialisation sections explain the recruitment areas represented on the site.
  • Service explanations: sections cover temporary staffing, permanent recruitment, on-site management and compliance-related agency services.
  • Enquiry interface: the contact page includes name, phone, email and message fields with a consent checkbox.
  • Business information: email links, location information, a map and a structured footer support further contact.

WordPress Implementation

The public site identifies WordPress, with Elementor and Contact Form 7 assets present in its frontend. This combines a familiar content-management platform with a visual page-building workflow and an enquiry-form layer. Consistent typography, sector imagery and repeated calls to action connect the main pages.
